The Custom Order Procedure
1. Details confirmation
Your artwork: such as the size,the structure, the color printing details of your printting or logo
Size: the inner size or the outer size.
Delivery time: when you want your products
Material to be Used: material and Pantone color NO.
2. Price quote: depends on the quantity ,material,and others
3. Sample Making Fee: exist molds just need to pay shipping fees, custom samples depends on your request
4. Sample Making and Confirmation: exist samples takes about 3-5 business days, custom samples takes about 7-10 business days
5. Deposit: 30-50% of the total mass production fee before mass production
6. Mass production : full payment received
7. Inspection: video，pictures or professional inspection available

Samples in stock: 3-5 business days

3. Delivery
Samples usually shipped by Express, like DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT，takes about10-15 business days to deliver to most worldwide countries;
Large quantity usually shipped by sea， takes about 40-60 business days
4. Courier Costs and Fee
calculated and charged according to the Weight (or Cubic Weight) of Parcel.

Packing, Delivery and Shipments
- Usually 5 layer double wall corrugated cartons with good strength and durability;
- Loaded on pallets for the sea shipping to reduce the rough handling of the workers;
- Bubble film and wrapping film when necessary;
- Each Piece(or Set) of product is to be packed into one transparent PP polybag;
